	Goderich (pronounced God-rich or God-er-ich) is a town in the Canadian province of Ontario and is the county seat of Huron County. Founded by William "Tiger" Dunlop in 1827, it was first laid out in 1828. Named after Frederick John Robinson, 1st Viscount Goderich, the British prime minister at the time, the town was officially incorporated in 1850.

A perfect mini-getaway package for “just the girls” might look something like this:

	• You arrive late afternoon to a platter of cheese, crackers, fruit and refreshments (included in price) before you head out for the evening to one of our local dining establishments. • Later, curl up by the fireplace in our guest parlour to watch a movie or sit in our front sun porch to enjoy each other’s company. Complimentary, coffee, tea, and cookies are included. • The next morning enjoy a scrumptious breakfast in the guest dining area. When you’re ready, enjoy the magic pampering style of Irene Duguay Spa** in our spa area or your own room.

• Head out for the evening for another delicious dinner at one of our local restaurants and then back to the B&B for a good night’s rest. Another gourmet style breakfast the next day and you’re ready for the week ahead, looking relaxed and feeling calm and rejuvenated. • Package includes $20 gift certificate (per person) towards Irene Duguay spa services. • Package also includes complimentary fruit juices, and locally supplied chocolates.
